Consistency that fits the life around it
Training, walking, running, and open days can all belong in one steady rhythm.
FitStreak turns your weekly plan into one clear next step. It keeps every workout, recovery day, and longer-term trend easy to understand.

We believe consistency grows when a plan respects your schedule, energy, recovery, and real life. Progress should still feel possible on imperfect weeks.

Training, walking, running, and open days can all belong in one steady rhythm.

Rest is not a broken streak. It is part of getting ready to return stronger.
Fallbacks, rest, and open days keep one imperfect week from becoming a reason to quit.
The next suggestion begins with the work you actually completed, not a generic target.
Strength, steps, cardio, distance, sleep, and healthy weight goals share one clear picture.
FitStreak connects what you planned, what you completed, and how you are recovering. It gives you one clear next step, then adapts when life changes.

Plans can change. Energy can dip. Rest can be the right choice. FitStreak keeps the next step clear without making you start over.
OUR BELIEF
A fixed routine tells you what was planned. FitStreak also remembers what happened, so the next step stays useful.
A static routine means a fixed, prewritten schedule that does not adapt to completed work or recovery.
FitStreak connects what you planned, what you completed, and how the session felt. The result is guidance rooted in your real training.

Sets, reps, load, exercise order, and rest stay editable while you work.

See what went well, what changed, and what deserves attention next.
Strong days count. Rest days count. Walks count. Starting again counts. The goal is not perfection. The goal is a rhythm you can return to.
