WHY FITSTREAK

Fitness should make your life feel stronger, not harder to live.

We believe consistency grows when a plan respects your schedule, energy, recovery, and real life. Progress should still feel possible on imperfect weeks.

Consistency that fits the life around it

Training, walking, running, and open days can all belong in one steady rhythm.

Recovery counts

Recovery belongs in the plan

Rest is not a broken streak. It is part of getting ready to return stronger.

No shame loops

Fallbacks, rest, and open days keep one imperfect week from becoming a reason to quit.

Your history matters

The next suggestion begins with the work you actually completed, not a generic target.

Every movement counts

Strength, steps, cardio, distance, sleep, and healthy weight goals share one clear picture.

HOW IT WORKS

A plan that bends without losing direction

FitStreak connects what you planned, what you completed, and how you are recovering. It gives you one clear next step, then adapts when life changes.

See what is included

Start with your real life

Choose a goal, schedule, equipment, session length, and routine style that feel realistic.

Know today's purpose

Open Today and know whether to train, recover, move, or keep the day open.

Adjust without losing progress

Edit sets, load, order, substitutions, and rest while the session is still active.

Let results guide the next step

Completed work, movement, and recovery give the next workout useful context.

You do not need a perfect week. You need a reason to return.

Plans can change. Energy can dip. Rest can be the right choice. FitStreak keeps the next step clear without making you start over.

FITSTREAK VS A STATIC ROUTINE

Why the plan keeps working when real life changes

A fixed routine tells you what was planned. FitStreak also remembers what happened, so the next step stays useful.

THE FITSTREAK APPROACH
HAVE QUESTIONS?

All your questions answered simply

The short version: FitStreak plans with you, stays editable, and keeps your records private on your iPhone.

Does FitStreak create a plan for me?

Yes. FitStreak shapes a weekly plan around your goal, available equipment, preferred schedule, workout length, and recovery context. You can edit the plan whenever life changes.

Can I change a workout after I start?

Yes. Adjust sets, reps, load, rest time, exercise order, or substitutions during the session. If you finish early, FitStreak keeps the work you actually completed.

What can I track besides strength workouts?

FitStreak supports steps, active minutes, cardio, walking and running distance, sleep context, and calmer periodic weight check-ins for fat loss, maintenance, or healthy gain.

Does FitStreak use Apple Health?

Only if you connect it. FitStreak can read selected movement and recovery context and can save completed workouts. Permissions stay under your control in iPhone Settings and the Health app.

Is my fitness data private?

FitStreak requires no account and has no advertising, tracking SDK, third-party analytics, or FitStreak server. App records stay in the private app container on your iPhone unless you choose to share them.
