FitStreak does not require an account and does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking technology, or a FitStreak-operated server. The developer does not collect data from the app.
App data stored on your iPhone
FitStreak stores your profile and goals, optional manual weight check-ins, plan revisions, routine templates, dated workout results, rest days, fallback sessions, achievements, custom exercises, preferences, and any unfinished workout needed for recovery.
This information stays in FitStreak's private app container on your iPhone. It is not transmitted to the developer. Your operating system may include app data in an iPhone backup according to your Apple backup settings.
Optional Apple Health access
Apple Health access begins only after you choose to connect it and approve Apple's permission sheet. FitStreak can read steps, active energy, walking and running distance, sleep, and body weight to show on-device context. If you separately enable workout saving, FitStreak can write workouts completed in the app to Apple Health.
FitStreak never writes body weight, does not use background Health delivery, and does not copy Apple Health samples into app exports or shared summaries. You can review or revoke access in iPhone Settings or the Health app. Apple governs information stored in Apple Health under Apple's own privacy practices.
Subscriptions and purchases
FitStreak Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's App Store and required for new planning and training after onboarding. Apple presents and processes the purchase through StoreKit. Apple manages your Apple ID, payment method, billing, taxes, refunds, and subscription history under Apple's own terms and privacy practices. The developer does not receive your payment card number or billing address.
To unlock subscription features, restore a purchase, and show your current access, FitStreak asks StoreKit for Apple-signed transaction and entitlement information, such as the product identifier and whether the entitlement is active, expired, revoked, or pending. FitStreak validates that information on your iPhone. The app does not send it to a FitStreak server or combine it with workout, profile, or Apple Health data.
Apple may make aggregate sales, proceeds, and subscription reports available to the developer in App Store Connect. Those reports come from Apple, not from FitStreak, and the developer does not use them to identify or profile your workouts, health information, or app activity.
Sharing and exports
Sharing happens only after you ask for it. FitStreak can prepare a readable app-data export or a workout, weekly, or monthly summary and then presents Apple's share sheet. The destination you choose is outside FitStreak's control and is governed by that destination's privacy practices. Apple Health samples are excluded.
Notifications
If enabled, reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone. Notification permission is optional and can be changed at any time in iPhone Settings.
Retention and deletion
App data remains on your iPhone until you edit or delete it in FitStreak, remove the app, or restore it through an operating-system backup. Manual weight check-ins can be deleted separately in Training Goals. Deleting workout history does not delete weight history.
Removing FitStreak removes its local app container unless iOS later restores an app backup. Deleting FitStreak does not remove workouts previously saved to Apple Health; those can be managed in the Health app.
Children and medical information
FitStreak is not directed to children under 13. It offers general workout and consistency guidance and is not a medical device. Recovery estimates and progression suggestions are not diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, medical clearance, or emergency services.
Changes to this policy
If FitStreak's data practices materially change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed behavior is released. The effective date above identifies the current version.
