FitStreak Premium

Membership and billing

Purchases are securely handled by Apple, not by FitStreak.

Is an account required?

No FitStreak account is required. After onboarding, an active Apple subscription is required to plan or start new training. If access ends, you can still review existing records, export or delete local data, read legal information, and restore a purchase. FitStreak does not receive your Apple ID or payment details.

Which subscription options are available?

FitStreak offers weekly, monthly, and yearly Premium options. Your localized price, billing period, 3-day introductory trial eligibility, and renewal terms appear in FitStreak and again on Apple’s purchase sheet before you confirm. The yearly option is presented as the best long-term value.

How does a free trial work?

Eligible new subscribers receive one 3-day introductory trial in the FitStreak subscription group. Weekly, monthly, and yearly options can display the offer, but Apple allows one introductory offer per subscription group. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to the displayed auto-renewable subscription and price.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select FitStreak. You can also use Manage Subscription inside FitStreak. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. Deleting FitStreak does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore FitStreak Premium?

Make sure the App Store is using the same Apple ID that made the purchase, connect to the internet, then choose Restore Purchases on FitStreak’s subscription screen. Apple may restore active access automatically. A pending, refunded, revoked, or expired purchase will not unlock Premium.

Can FitStreak issue a refund?

Apple processes App Store charges and refund requests. FitStreak cannot view your payment card or issue the refund directly. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

What happens when Premium ends?

New planning and training become unavailable when StoreKit no longer reports active access. Ending a subscription does not delete local workout history. Existing records, export and deletion controls, legal information, and purchase restoration remain available, and you can renew later with the same Apple ID.

Using the app

Workouts, health, and your data

What is included with FitStreak Premium?

The in-app offer lists the current benefits before purchase. Premium includes FitStreak’s planning, guided workouts, progression, recovery, Apple Health context, exercise library, goals, achievements, sharing, and customization experience.

Why does Apple Health show “No accessible data”?

Apple does not reveal the status of each read permission to apps. That message can mean there are no accessible samples in the selected date range. Review FitStreak access in iPhone Settings or the Health app.

Can I change a workout after starting?

Yes. You can adjust targets and loads, add a planned set, hold an active set to remove it with Undo, change live rest, move untouched exercises, skip or return movements, substitute an exercise, or finish early while preserving completed work.

How do I back up or share my records?

Open You, then Your Data, and prepare a complete readable export. Keep FitStreak installed until the export is ready. Anything you share through Apple’s share sheet is governed by the destination you choose.

How do I remove my data?

Delete the records you no longer want in FitStreak, including manual weight check-ins in Training Goals. Removing the app removes its local container unless iOS later restores an app backup. Workouts already saved to Apple Health are managed in the Health app.
