Agreement and Apple terms
By downloading or using FitStreak, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Your download and use through Apple's App Store are also governed by Apple's applicable App Store and Media Services terms and, unless a different end-user license is shown for FitStreak, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where Apple's terms control an App Store purchase or platform service, Apple's terms apply.
FitStreak and FitStreak Premium
FitStreak does not require a FitStreak account. After onboarding, an active auto-renewable FitStreak Premium subscription is required to plan or begin new training. Weekly, monthly, and yearly options may be offered. If access ends, existing local records, export and deletion controls, legal information, and purchase restoration remain available. Availability can vary by app version, device, region, or Apple account eligibility.
The exact localized price, billing period, included features, any introductory offer, and renewal terms are shown in FitStreak and on Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm. Those purchase details are part of these terms.
Billing, trials, and automatic renewal
Apple processes all subscription purchases. Payment is charged to the Apple ID used for the App Store when you confirm, or when an eligible introductory trial ends. Unless you cancel, a subscription renews automatically for the same billing period at the price Apple displays, subject to any price-change notice Apple is required to provide. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Eligible new subscribers can receive one 3-day introductory trial in the FitStreak subscription group. Weekly, monthly, and yearly options can each display the offer, but Apple determines eligibility and a person can redeem only one introductory offer in the group. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts to the paid plan and price shown at confirmation.
Manage, cancel, restore, and request a refund
You can manage or cancel in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID and Subscriptions, or through FitStreak's Manage Subscription action. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore Purchases asks Apple to check active entitlements for the Apple ID currently used by the App Store. Apple, not FitStreak, decides purchase, refund, and offer eligibility. Refund requests must be made through Apple's Report a Problem service.
Your local records
FitStreak stores app records locally as described in the Privacy Policy. A subscription ending does not itself delete your locally stored workout history. You are responsible for maintaining your device, operating-system backups, and any exports you choose to create. Removing the app may remove its local data, subject to your Apple backup settings.
Fitness guidance and safe use
FitStreak provides general fitness and habit guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medical clearance, or emergency services. Exercise involves risk. Use appropriate judgment, equipment, technique, and supervision. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or another concerning symptom, and seek qualified medical help when appropriate.
Recovery estimates, performance feedback, progression suggestions, calorie estimates, and other calculated results are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on FitStreak to make a medical, safety-critical, or emergency decision.
Acceptable use and ownership
You may use FitStreak for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the app, bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer it where the law does not permit that restriction to be waived, or use FitStreak to infringe another person's rights. FitStreak's software, visual design, exercise guidance, name, and other original content remain owned by the developer or applicable licensors.
Availability, changes, and ending access
The app may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features may change as devices, operating systems, safety guidance, and App Store requirements evolve. Material subscription or legal changes will be communicated as required by law or Apple's rules. You can stop using FitStreak at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitStreak is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular fitness outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes a right, warranty, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the app.
